Job Summary
Oversee security contract operations at Springfield Town Center, including managing Supervisors and staff, ensuring post orders are followed, and maintaining performance, service, and budget for assigned accounts. Build relationships with local police and fire departments, ensure safety and compliance across facilities, lead training and discipline when needed, and communicate account performance to the Operations manager. Develop security procedures, incident reporting, and staffing plans; drive customer service excellence and safety across all posts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of management experience within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
