Job Summary
Assistant Security Director responsible for managing a security contract at Springfield Town Center. Manages the accountability, performance, service, and budget for assigned accounts; oversees Supervisors and staff; develops and implements security procedures, post orders, and safety programs; coordinates with local police and fire authorities; leads training and development of Security Officers and Shift Leads; ensures accurate reporting, payroll processing, and client communications; sustains professional image and leadership while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- Background investigation successful completion as condition of employment
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
