Assistant Security Director

Assist in managing a Security contract at Springfield Town Center; oversee Supervisors and staff; manage performance, service and budget for assigned contracts; establish working relationships with local police and fire departments; ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed; develop and implement security procedures and compliance with facility policies, emergency policies, and applicable laws; train and certify security staff; collaborate with client representatives and city officials to maintain safety and security standards; manage payroll and personnel information; ensure adequate security coverage across posts; sustain quality customer service and professional presentation; lead staffing, recruitment, and program development to meet client requirements; maintain records of licensed officers and compliance with regulations; coordinate with management to drive performance improvements and strategic growth.
