Job Summary
Assistant Security Director to manage security contracts at Springfield Town Center, overseeing Supervisors and staff, ensuring safety, coordinating with local police and fire, maintaining post orders, and driving performance, service, and budget outcomes. Responsibilities include lead direction at client sites, developing security procedures, ensuring emergency readiness, managing life safety systems and CCTV operations, training security personnel, payroll and reporting duties, ensuring compliance with company and state regulations, and delivering high-quality customer service. Requires leadership skills, ability to design staffing plans, vendor coordination, incident documentation, background checks, and a track record in security operations and risk management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system.
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete licensing requirements as mandated by the State.
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus.
