Job Summary
Assistant Security Director at Andy Frain Services responsible for managing a security contract at Springfield Town Center. Oversees accountability of Supervisors and staff, with full responsibility for performance, service and budget of assigned contracts. Establishes relationships with local police and fire departments and ensures compliance with safety policies. Leads development and implementation of security procedures, post orders, and emergency response plans; coordinates with client representatives and provides quality customer service. Trains and mentors Security Officers and Shift Lead Officers; monitors staffing plans and payroll/reporting processes; ensures licensing and regulatory compliance; drives staffing strategies, recruitment, and operational efficiency to meet client needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete licensing requirements as mandated by the State
