Job Summary
Oversee security programs for a contracted site (Springfield Town Center) and manage Supervisors and staff to ensure performance, service, and budget objectives. Responsible for developing and implementing security procedures, enforcing post orders and regular rounds, filing comprehensive reports, and maintaining a safe environment for employees, vendors, and visitors. Build relationships with local police and fire departments, coordinate with facility leadership, and ensure compliance with safety policies and federal/state regulations. Lead training for Security Officers, supervise staffing plans, manage payroll-related aspects, track account performance, and drive customer service excellence while ensuring effective incident response and ongoing improvements across the security operation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system.
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State.
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus.
