Job Summary
Lead security operations for the client site(s) at Springfield Town Center and Manassas, overseeing security staff and supervisors, ensuring contract performance, service quality, and budget adherence. Establish and maintain relationships with local police and fire departments, facility staff, and other stakeholders; develop and implement security procedures; enforce post orders; ensure safety and compliance; coordinate training, payroll, and reporting; and drive continuous improvement of security programs to protect employees, vendors, and property. Manage daily operations, scheduling, and performance, and communicate with the Operations Manager to address security issues and updates; possess strong leadership, organizational, and customer-service skills, with extensive knowledge of life safety systems, CCTV, and licensing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field or experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
