Assistant Security Director

Assistant Security Director oversees security operations for a contracted site, manages supervisors and staff, and holds responsibility for performance, service and budget of assigned contracts. Builds relationships with local police and fire departments, prepares and enforces post orders, ensures safety and security programs are in place, coordinates staffing and training, and maintains reports/logs. Requires knowledge of life safety systems, CCTV, and emergency procedures; leads payroll and administrative duties; collaborates with clients to meet security requirements and deliver quality customer service. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential for managing multi-site security operations and achieving client objectives.
