Job Summary
Assist in managing a Security contract with responsibility for performance, service, and budget; supervise Supervisors and staff, ensure post orders and security procedures are followed, and maintain safe environment for employees and visitors. Lead client-site operations by providing direction, coordinating with client and authorities (police and fire departments), developing and implementing security and life-safety procedures, reporting on account performance, and training security personnel. Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and regulatory bodies; manage payroll and administrative duties; ensure staff compliance with safety policies, and drive recruitment, staffing plans, and staff development to exceed client expectations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree or related field
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of management experience in security industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
