Job Summary
Assistant Security Director at Springfield Town Center overseeing security contracts; responsible for managing Supervisors and staff, performance, service and budget of assigned contracts; develop and implement security procedures, ensure post orders are followed, maintain safety programs, coordinate with local police/fire departments, train staff, prepare reports/logs, liaise with client representatives, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures while maintaining professional standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- DCJS License # 11-5200
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
