Job Summary
Security leadership role responsible for managing a security contract at Springfield Town Center. Oversees accountability of Supervisors and staff, ensures post orders are followed, and maintains safety for employees, vendors, and visitors. Develops and implements security procedures, coordinates with local police and fire departments, manages budgets, and supports facility needs. Leads staff training, staffing plans, and performance reporting; coordinates with Operations management to optimize security coverage, safety programs, and customer service. Requires strong leadership, relationship-building, knowledge of life safety systems, CCTV, and regulatory compliance; must maintain professional image and adapt to various sites. DCJS License # 11-5200; salary around $59,000; strong emphasis on safety, policies, and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree; Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
