Assistant Security Director

Oversee security contract operations at Springfield Town Center; manage Supervisors and staff for assigned accounts; responsible for performance, service, and budget of contracts; ensure safety and compliance; establish relationships with local police and fire departments; lead development and implementation of security procedures, post orders, and staffing plans; train and mentor security officers; monitor payroll and reporting; coordinate with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and deliver high-quality customer service; leverage life-safety knowledge (CCTV, access control) and regulatory licensing requirements; direct scheduling, discipline, and performance coaching; maintain professional presence and organizational leadership across multiple facilities.
