Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY: Security leadership role to manage a contract at Springfield Town Center. Responsible for accountability and performance of Supervisors and staff, and for the budget and service quality of assigned security contracts. Establish and maintain relationships with local police and fire departments, facility stakeholders, and ensure compliance with all safety policies. Lead the delivery of quality security services, oversee post orders and rounds, supervise training and development of Officers and Shift Leads, coordinate payroll and reporting, and ensure effective communication with client representatives. Requires strong leadership, program development, and a proven track record in security operations and incident management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree; Bachelor’s degree or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
