Job Summary
Lead security program for the assigned contract at Springfield Town Center, overseeing Supervisors and staff, ensuring compliance with policies, maintaining safety for employees and visitors, developing and implementing security procedures, coordinating with local authorities, managing post orders, training security staff, and maintaining reports and logs. Must demonstrate strong leadership, customer service, and budget management while building relationships with clients and emergency responders; responsibilities include payroll collaboration, staffing plans, and ensuring adherence to life-safety and security standards across facilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree; Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
