Job Summary
Oversee security operations for a contract at Springfield Town Center, managing Supervisors and staff to ensure quality service, adherence to post orders, and effective security and safety programs. Develop and implement security procedures, maintain budgets, coordinate with local police and fire departments, train and mentor Security Officers and Shift Leads, manage payroll and reporting, and communicate with the client to uphold security requirements and customer service standards. The role requires leadership, risk management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to complex security environments.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
