Job Summary
Assistant Security Director at Andy Frain Services overseeing a security contract at Springfield Town Center. Manages accountability of Supervisors and staff, ensuring performance, service and budget compliance. Establishes relationships with local police and fire departments; enforces security programs; develops and implements security procedures; ensures post orders are followed; maintains logs/reports; trains security personnel; coordinates with Operations management on account performance and security issues; leads staffing and safety initiatives; ensures compliance with life safety and regulatory requirements; and drives customer service excellence while maintaining professional standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system.
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State.
