Assistant Security Director

Oversee security operations for the Springfield Town Center account on behalf of Andy Frain Services. Manage Supervisors and staff, ensure post orders are followed, oversee rounds, reporting, and compliance with safety policies. Develop and implement security procedures, coordinate with local police and fire departments, liaise with facility management, and oversee budgeting and payroll. Lead training and professional development for Security Officers and Shift Leads, build teams to meet client expectations, and maintain high standards of safety, security, and customer service across assigned sites.
