Assistant Security Director

Assistant Security Director responsible for managing security contracts, supervising Supervisors and staff, and ensuring contract performance, budget adherence, safety, and compliance. Establish and enforce security procedures, maintain post orders, conduct rounds and reporting, coordinate with local police and fire departments, develop life-safety and CCTV procedures, supervise training for Security Officers and Shift Lead Officers, manage payroll and client communications, and support facility operations while upholding company values. Must possess leadership skills, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships with clients and authorities. Minimum two years in loss prevention/life safety/CCTV with at least one year in a management position within security; includes driving license and background check requirements.
