Assistant Security Director

Direct security leadership for a contracted site, supervising Supervisors and staff, owning accountability for performance, service, and budget. Establish working relationships with local police and fire departments, ensure compliance with safety and post orders, and provide leadership to deliver quality security services at the Springfield Town Center site. Lead staffing plans, training programs, and disciplinary actions; coordinate with Operations Manager and client representatives to meet security requirements and achieve customer objectives. Maintain knowledge of life safety systems, CCTV operations, access control, and emergency procedures; ensure reports/logs are filed and post orders followed; mentor and develop security personnel and Shift Leads; support payroll and administrative duties; and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Must be able to obtain and maintain required licenses and certifications, and be prepared for background checks; CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
