Job Summary
Oversee security contract operations at Springfield Town Center for Andy Frain Services; manage accountability and performance of Supervisors and staff; own the budget for assigned contracts and ensure a safe environment for employees, vendors, and visitors. Develop and implement security procedures, maintain post orders, and ensure compliance with life-safety policies; coordinate with local police and fire departments; supervise training of officers, generate reports/logs, and support facility needs. Demonstrate strong leadership, customer service, and knowledge of CCTV, access control, and emergency procedures while maintaining professional standards and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree; Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field or experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) in management within Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
- Must be able to meet state/county licensing requirements for Security Officers
