Job Summary
Assist in managing a Security contract at Springfield Town Center; oversee accountability of Supervisors and staff; manage performance, service and budget; establish working relationships with local police and fire departments, facility staff and others; develop and implement security procedures, post orders, safety programs and emergency response plans; lead training and development for Security Officers; ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations and client requirements; coordinate payroll and reporting; oversee staffing plans, recruitment, and vendor relations; maintain professional standards and deliver quality customer service while addressing security needs across the site.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
