Job Summary
Assist in managing a security contract at a client site; provide lead direction at assigned client site(s); enforce security/safety programs, ensure post orders are followed, and that reports and logs are filed daily/weekly; develop and implement security procedures, maintain knowledge of emergency policies, coordinate with local authorities, and train and counsel security staff; manage performance, service, and budget for assigned contracts, build effective client relationships, and maintain a professional image while upholding company policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
