Assistant Security Director

Assistant Security Director role at Andy Frain Services focused on managing a security contract at Springfield Town Center. Oversees accountability and performance of Supervisors and staff, owns the service delivery and budget for assigned contracts, and builds relationships with local police and fire departments. Leads security programs, enforces post orders, ensures safety, and develops procedures compliant with laws. Responsible for training Security Officers, payroll and reporting, client communications, scheduling, and ensuring quality customer service. Requires leadership experience, knowledge of life safety systems and CCTV, licensing and background checks, and ability to manage staffing plans and safety initiatives. Must have at least a High School diploma and/or equivalent with further education (Associates/Bachelor’s preferred) and relevant security-management experience. CPR/First Aid beneficial.
