Job Summary
Assist in managing a Security contract at Springfield Town Center; oversee accountability and performance of Supervisors and staff, manage budget and security operations, develop security procedures, coordinate with local authorities, train security personnel, and ensure compliant safety practices across the facility. Responsibilities include leading staff, enforcing post orders, conducting regular inspections, maintaining reporting logs, and ensuring customer service quality while adapting to site-specific requirements. Requires strong leadership, knowledge of life safety, CCTV and access control systems, staffing plan development, payroll oversight, and the ability to liaise with client representatives and authorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
