Job Summary
Oversee security contract operations at Springfield Town Center, managing Supervisors and staff to ensure performance, service, and budget adherence. Establish and enforce post orders, security procedures, and safety programs; maintain knowledge of emergency policies; liaise with police and fire departments; lead training, payroll, and reporting; ensure client satisfaction and professional standards; and develop security plans to safeguard employees, vendors, and facilities. Maintain compliance with training requirements and licensing, coordinate with management to meet security objectives, and drive continuous improvement in security operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system.
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State.
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus.
