Job Summary
Assist in managing a Security contract at Springfield Town Center by overseeing Supervisors and staff, taking full responsibility for performance, service, and budget of assigned contracts. Establish relationships with local police and fire departments and facility stakeholders. Ensure a safe environment for employees and visitors, lead security procedures, post orders, and training programs, and manage payroll and reporting. Develop and implement security procedures, maintain knowledge of life safety systems and CCTV, coordinate with management on account performance, and provide high-quality customer service while maintaining compliance with policies and laws. Ability to supervise staff, identify recruitment sources, build teams, and adapt to diverse sites; strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree; Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment conditioned upon successful completion of a background investigation
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
