Job Summary
Assist in managing a Security contract at Springfield Town Center; lead and supervise Supervisors and staff to ensure performance, service, and budget goals are met. Establish working relationships with local police and fire departments, facility reports, and others; maintain a safe environment for employees, vendors, and personnel; ensure compliance with safety rules, emergency procedures, and post orders. Responsibilities include developing and implementing security procedures, coordinating training for Security Officers and Shift Leads, reporting on account performance, handling payroll information, and coordinating with client representatives to meet security requirements. Requires strong leadership, knowledge of life safety systems and CCTV, and the ability to manage staffing plans, client relationships, and compliance with city/state regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
