Job Summary
Oversee security contract operations at Springfield Town Center; manage accountability of Supervisors and staff, with full responsibility for performance, service and budget of assigned contracts. Establish and maintain relationships with local police and fire departments, facility personnel, vendors, and stakeholders; ensure safety and compliance with policies; lead training and development of security officers and shift leads; ensure post orders are followed, rounds are completed, and reports are filed. Develop and implement security procedures, manage life safety and CCTV-related systems, coordinate with operations management, and maintain documentation and reporting. Drive staffing, recruitment, payroll processes, and customer service excellence; work with management to grow business and ensure regulatory licensing requirements are met. Maintain professional standards, adaptability to various sites, and a strong focus on safety and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- Background investigation may be required
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
