Job Summary
Assist in managing a security contract at Springfield Town Center; oversee accountability and performance of Supervisors and staff, with responsibility for service and budget for assigned contracts; maintain a safe environment for employees, vendors, and visitors; establish working relationships with local police and fire departments; lead training and development of Security Officers and Shift Lead Officers; ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports/logs filed; develop and implement security procedures, emergency policies, and compliance with laws; coordinate with client representatives and management to maintain high standards of security service and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system.
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State.
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus.
