Job Summary
Assistant Security Director responsible for managing a security contract at Springfield Town Center. Oversees Supervisors and staff, holds accountability for performance, service, and budget of assigned contracts, and ensures a safe environment for employees, vendors, and personnel. Establishes relationships with local police and fire departments, facility stakeholders, and clients. Develops and enforces security procedures, post orders, rounds, and reporting; administers training and staff development; coordinates with operations management to drive security outcomes, compliance with safety policies, and quality customer service. Monitors life safety systems (CCTV, access control, fire panels), maintains equipment operations for security devices, and ensures adherence to licensing and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership, communication with clients, and ability to manage payroll and staffing plans are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system.
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State.
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus.

- Background investigation required; any offer conditioned upon successful completion of background check.
