Job Summary
Assistant Security Director role overseeing security contracts at Springfield Town Center. Responsibilities include managing Supervisors and staff accountability, ensuring contract performance, service quality, and budget adherence; developing and enforcing security procedures; coordinating with local police and fire departments; training security staff; maintaining post orders and emergency policies; and delivering strong leadership to ensure safety, professionalism, and client satisfaction. Requires experience in security operations, life safety, CCTV systems, and management, with strong communication and organizational skills. Must be capable of leading teams, handling payroll and reports, and maintaining compliance with licensing and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
