Job Summary
Oversee security program delivery for the Springfield Town Center account, directing Supervisors and staff to meet contract performance, service and budget targets. Lead security operations, enforce post orders, ensure rounds and logs are completed, and develop/implement security procedures compliant with life safety and local regulations. Establish and maintain relations with local police and fire departments, vendors, and facility personnel; supervise training and development of Security Officers and Shift Leads; manage staffing plans, payroll-related tasks, and reporting to ensure high-quality customer service and safety for clients and visitors.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system.
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete licensing requirements as mandated by the State.
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus.
