Job Summary
Oversee security contract operations at Springfield Town Center, managing Supervisors and staff to ensure performance, service, and budget adherence. Establish and maintain relationships with local police and fire departments, develop and implement security procedures, ensure post orders are followed, and maintain reports/logs. Lead training for Security Officers and Shift Leads, coordinate staffing plans, and ensure compliance with safety policies and federal/state laws. Drive quality customer service, continuous improvement, and client satisfaction through effective leadership, budgeting, and safety programs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system.
- One year (1 yr.) of management experience within the Security Industry.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State.
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus.
