Job Summary
Assistant Security Director at Andy Frain Services responsible for assisting in managing a Security contract. Manages accountability of Supervisors and staff, oversees performance, service, and budget for assigned contracts, and maintains a safe environment. Establishes relationships with local police and fire departments, facility personnel, and other stakeholders. Leads security procedures development, ensures post orders compliance, conducts trainings for security officers, collaborates with Operations management, and maintains reporting and payroll processes. Must possess strong leadership, organizational, and customer-service skills, with experience in life safety, CCTV systems, and security operations. Minimum education includes high school diploma and/or associates/bachelors in related fields; candidates with 2+ years in management within security and a valid driver’s license preferred. Also requires ability to meet state licensing requirements and willingness to undergo background checks; CPR/First Aid considered a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system.
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State.
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus.
