Job Summary
Assist in managing a security contract at Springfield Town Center; oversee Supervisors and staff to ensure accountability, performance, service and budget for assigned accounts; establish relationships with local police and fire departments; maintain a safe environment for employees, vendors, and personnel; develop and implement security procedures, post orders, and compliance with life safety, CCTV and access control; supervise training, payroll-related duties, and discipline as needed; communicate with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and deliver quality customer service; lead staffing plans, recruit and hire personnel, and build teams to exceed customer expectations; maintain knowledge of emergency policies, safety regulations, and company policies; require strong leadership and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders; ability to adapt to various sites and post procedures and to work in an on-site security leadership role.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
