Job Summary
Assistant Security Director responsible for managing a security contract, supervising staff, and overseeing performance, service, and budget. Establishes relationships with local police and fire departments, develops and implements security procedures, ensures compliance with safety policies, prepares reports, coordinates training, and leads client-facing communications to ensure high-quality security services at the facility.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree; Bachelor’s degree or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of management experience within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
