Job Summary
Assistant Security Director at Springfield Town Center; responsible for managing a security contract, supervising staff, overseeing performance, service and budget, establishing relationships with local police and fire departments, and ensuring safe environments. Leads development and implementation of security procedures, maintains life-safety system knowledge, conducts reporting and payroll duties, trains security officers, and collaborates with clients to achieve security objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system.
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry.
