Job Summary
Assistant Security Director at Andy Frain Services overseeing security for a contract at Springfield Town Center. Responsible for managing the accountability of Supervisors and staff, and for the performance, service and budget of assigned contracts. Establish relationships with local police and fire departments, and with facility staff and others. Develop and implement security procedures, ensure post orders are followed, conduct rounds and generate reports/logs. Lead training of security personnel, assist in staffing plans, and drive customer service and safety initiatives. Maintain knowledge of life safety systems, CCTV, fire panels, and access controls; coordinate with management to ensure compliance with emergency policies and regulations; ensure staffing coverage, payroll accuracy, and overall account performance. Requires leadership, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to various sites while maintaining professional standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
