Job Summary
Assistant Security Director at Springfield Town Center with primary responsibility for managing security contracts, leading Supervisors and staff, enforcing post orders, and ensuring safety and compliance. Responsible for performance, service quality, and budget across assigned accounts; establish relations with local police and fire departments; oversee training and development of security personnel; ensure emergency preparedness, reporting, payroll coordination, and client satisfaction; leverage knowledge of life safety systems (CCTV, access control) and staffing plans to optimize operations and security coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of management experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- DCJS License # 11-5200
