Job Summary
Assist in managing a security contract for Springfield Town Center; lead and provide direction to Supervisors and staff, ensure post orders are followed, oversee safety programs, and maintain relationships with client representatives, police and fire departments. Responsibilities include developing security procedures, ensuring compliance with life safety and security regulations, coordinating training and certification of security staff, managing payroll and reporting, and delivering high-quality customer service. Requires strong leadership, knowledge of CCTV/life-safety systems, ability to design staffing plans, recruit and retain personnel, and adapt to various sites while maintaining professionalism. Qualifications include a high school diploma and/or equivalent, an associate or bachelor's degree, 2+ years in security/loss prevention with 1+ year in a management role, and a valid driver’s license; CPR/First Aid certification a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system.
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry.
