Job Summary
Oversee security operations for Springfield Town Center contract, supervising Supervisors and staff, managing post orders, rounds, and daily/weekly reports. Develop and implement security procedures and compliance with life safety and CCTV systems; coordinate with local police and fire departments; lead training and staffing, recruitment, payroll administration, and client communications to ensure high-quality service and accountability. Requires leadership, budgeting, and a proven track record in security or life-safety management; must hold a Bachelor’s degree or related experience and a valid driver’s license; DCJS license/requirements and CPR/First Aid certification are pluses.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree; Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
