Job Summary
Assist in managing a Security contract at Springfield Town Center by supervising Supervisors and staff, maintaining accountability, managing performance, service, and budget, and ensuring a safe environment. Establish working relationships with local police and fire departments, facility reports, and other stakeholders. Lead the development and implementation of security procedures, post orders, and safety programs; ensure compliance with life safety systems (CCTV, access control) and reporting requirements. Responsible for training and disciplining staff, payroll and personnel reporting, client communications, and ensuring licensing and certifications are maintained. Demonstrates strong leadership and maintains professional standards while supporting security operations and client service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation
