Job Summary
Manage security operations for a client site, supervising Supervisors and staff, ensuring post orders are followed, coordinating safety and security procedures, liaising with local authorities, and delivering high-quality security service while maintaining budget and compliance. Responsibilities include directing staff, developing security procedures, maintaining life-safety systems knowledge (CCTV, fire panels, access control), training and disciplining personnel, payroll and reporting, and maintaining client relationships; requires strong leadership, coordination with Operations, and adherence to company policies. Knowledge of facility layout, staffing plans, safety programs, and ability to manage multiple tasks; ability to work with city/state officials and meet licensing requirements. Must be able to pass background investigations and maintain professional conduct; physical demands include long hours, travel readiness, and ability to work under pressure. DCJS License # 11-5200. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
