Job Summary
Assistant Security Director at Andy Frain Services overseeing a Security contract in Springfield Town Center. Responsible for managing the accountability, performance, service, and budget of assigned contracts; leading security staff, coordinating with client site representatives, local police and fire departments; developing and implementing security procedures; ensuring safety and regulatory compliance; training Security Officers and Shifts; managing payroll and reporting; and maintaining professional standards and customer service while driving continuous improvements in security operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer systems
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
