Job Summary
Oversee security operations on the Springfield Town Center contract, manage Supervisors and staff, ensure performance, service, and budget adherence, and maintain a safe environment for employees, vendors, and visitors. Develop and implement security procedures, ensure post orders are followed, conduct reporting, and coordinate with local police and fire departments. Lead staff training, mentorship, and disciplinary actions as needed, and maintain strong client relations and compliance with safety regulations. Demonstrates leadership in security program management and ensures high standards of presentation and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system.
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State.
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus.
