Job Summary
Assistant Security Director at Springfield Town Center under Andy Frain Services. Responsible for managing a security contract: accountability for Supervisors and staff, performance, service and budget across assigned accounts; ensure a safe environment for employees, vendors, and visitors; establish relationships with local police and fire departments; develop and implement security procedures and post orders; oversee training, payroll, and reports; ensure compliance with safety policies and emergency procedures; manage staffing plans, security operations, and client communications to maintain high standards of service and safety.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- DCJS License # 11-5200
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
