Job Summary
Assistant Security Director at Andy Frain Services responsible for managing a Security contract, overseeing Supervisors and staff, and ensuring performance, service, and budget adherence. Leads security operations, develops and implements procedures, maintains safety standards, coordinates with local authorities, trains staff, handles payroll/reporting, and ensures client satisfaction while maintaining compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system.
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State.
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus.
