Job Summary
Assistant Security Director at Andy Frain Services supporting Springfield Town Center security contract. The role involves assisting in managing contract performance, service, and budget; supervising Supervisors and staff; establishing working relationships with local police and fire departments; ensuring safety and compliance with policies; training Security Officers and Shift Leads; coordinating with Operations management on account performance and security issues; maintaining post orders, rounds, and incident reporting; and developing security procedures and staffing plans to meet client requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
