Job Summary
Assist in managing a Security contract for Springfield Town Center; supervise staff and Supervisors; oversee performance, service, and budget for assigned contracts; establish relationships with local police and fire departments and facility personnel; ensure a safe environment for employees, vendors, and clients; implement security procedures, post orders, and life-safety measures; coordinate reporting, training, and payroll functions; recruit, train, and develop security staff; monitor compliance with policies, laws, and licensing requirements; maintain professional standards and customer service in interaction with clients and the public; drive continuous improvement in security operations and ensure client satisfaction through effective leadership and program management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system.
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State.
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus.
