Assistant Security Director

Assistant Security Director to assist in managing a security contract. Manages the accountability of Supervisors and staff for assigned accounts, with full responsibility for performance, service, and budget of contracts. Establishes working relationships with local police and fire departments and facility personnel. Ensures safety, compliance with training, and adherence to post orders and emergency procedures. Provides leadership, trains Security Officers and Shift Lead Officers, communicates with Operations Manager, and supports payroll and reporting duties. Develops and implements security procedures, life safety measures, and maintains knowledge of CCTV and access control systems. Coordinates with clients and maintains high standards of customer service and professional conduct. Salary: $59,000 per year.
